Head & Heart “Llamas” Terms of Sale

Please direct all llama inquiries to: hhllamas@headandheartllamas.com

You may reserve a specific llama(s) and we will hold that llama(s) for 10 days, while we wait for your 50% deposit. Deposits should be made to Head & Heart Fiber Farm and mailed to 4721 Green Valley Road - Huntington, WV 25701. For your convenience we will take Pay-Pal thru your certified Bank funds only. No Credit Card transactions, please.

Balance is due upon acceptance of the animal(s); however we are willing to discuss term payments. Delivery is possible.

Our Farm Guarantee to you is that all llamas(s) are registered with the International Lama Registry and come with extensive pedigrees and registration certificates, health and production records, a properly fitted halter and lead, all of our llamas sold shall be halter and lead trained and properly socialized, a “Caring for Llama” manual will be given to you, pictures and all show ribbons as applicable.

Our llamas are of Robust Health and are up-to-date on vaccinations (CD&T), worming, shearing and foot trimming. Fighting teeth will be blunted as applicable. Our schedule of their individual routine maintenance care will accompany each llama sold.

Our most important guarantee to you is our unlimited after the sale support (day or night) that we will provide to you as long as you own one of our llamas.
