Head & Heart “Fibers” Terms of Sale

All fiber sales must be prepaid by your personal check, money order or Pay-Pal thru certified bank funds only. No credit cards please. Check should be made payable to Head & Heart Fiber Farm and sent to 4721 Green Valley Road - Huntington, WV. WV state tax is included in all prices of our fiber sold. Appropriate shipping and handling will be charged extra please include you city and state with your fiber order for quotes on shipping and handling. I ship via Priority US Mail with a 2 to 3 day guarantee delivery any where in the US. Arrangements can be made for fiber shipments to Canada.

I harvest my own fiber, process my own fiber (if time allows), hand dye, blend, spin, felt, weave and knit. Our Farm’s specialty is natural exotic fiber blends and hand dyed blends using my own animals hand raised on our farm.

My fiber roving & hand spun yarns are highly sought after and sell fast with many satisfied and repeat customers. For this reason I offer a waiting list for those wanting to reserve a specific animal’s fleece from year to year.

My fibers are extremely healthy, have good tensile strength, carry wonderful luster and a fabulous eye appeal. I skirt all of my fiber heavily and only choose the very best for others to enjoy. My processed roving and full raw fleeces are virtually vegetation matter free.

I participate in many fiber show competitions with full body fleeces, 2 oz. fiber sample judging or hand spun skein and finished garment competitions. In doing the competitions I am able to maintain continuing education and can keep current on the upcoming trends. With others judging my fiber and fiber arts is just one of many ways I verify my premium quality fiber production. Many of my animal fibers are “Blue Ribbon” winners and it gives me pleasure to pass this fiber onto you for your own unique projects.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it and receive a full refund. Orders will be shipped within the week the order is received unless a custom Hand Spun Skein is requested. All custom hand spun skeins will require extra delivery time.
